BodyWise Fitness is a locally owned and operated health club. Our 16,000 square foot facility includes: two group fitness studios, spin studio, a full size weight room including functional fitness and body weight training playground, a cardio deck, a playroom for kids, full service locker rooms and a snack bar with free coffee.

We aim to fulfill members’ wellness goals with our inspirational fitness programs, experienced staff, and nurturing environment. No matter what your wellness goal is, we have programs and equipment to help you reach it, including: Spinning, BODYCOMBAT, Yoga, Zumba®, Definition, Step Aerobics, Burn & Tone, Pilates, TRX, BodyStorm, Silver Sneakers and more! We also offer a range of specialty services, like personal training, physical therapy and massage.

Where?  Foothill Village Shopping Center Parking Terrace – upper level parking lot
adjacent to Foothill Drive, just north of the main entrance to the shopping center.

BodyStorm

BodyStorm is a full-body workout with intense circuits that will push you off your fitness plateau! This workout will define your body from head to toe, build power and punish calories.  Who would have thought plyometrics, pull ups, burpees and kettle bell swings could be so much fun! Our fabulous BodyStorm duo, Jenny Larsen and Jeremy White, keep it fun and personal. Class size limited to 15.

TRX CoreTrain

TRX CoreTrain focuses on core-strength, flexibility and range-of-motion.  Body-weight based movements are designed to enhance overall athletic performance and prevent injury.  Class sizes are limited (6) to optimize personalized instruction.
