BodyWise Fitness Trainers
Kathy is a Pennsylvania native who began her love for physical fitness at a young age starting with track & field, lacrosse, cycling/racing for 5 years as a Category II rider. Her move to Utah and motherhood introduced long distance running and triathlons as great fitness pursuits. Group fitness was the next challenge and ultimately having the good fortune to share her love and commitment for fitness with others through teaching.

Personal fitness challenge: Keeping up with her two boys, Owen & Tate, as long as possible.

Proudest personal fitness accomplishments: First marathon with her dearest friend, Linda. Climbing Mt. Whitney with her husband, John, and six other people with no crampons and just one ice pick for all to share (this likely also falls under the “stupid things we do in our youth and survive” category).

Happiness = cooking, reading, gardening, physical fitness & spending time with dear friends and family.
